I believe the nature and extent of mental health treatment varies from case to case, and effective treatment must be customized to each individual’s needs and goals. I am here to help my clients recognize the strengths within themselves, and to utilize those strengths to achieve personal growth. I am an open, honest and non-judgmental therapist that strives to provide my clients with a safe space to explore their goals.
