Jennifer Augé, MA, LMHC
My aim as your therapist is to offer a different perspective and to support you as you increase self-awareness and make conscious choices. We will examine attitudes, beliefs, and life patterns that may be impacting your functioning, self-esteem, and ability to deal with life's challenges. My therapeutic approach is relaxed, conversational, and collaborative, and I believe there is a place for humor in our work together. My stance is one of openness and acceptance, with respect for you and your experiences, and a belief in your ability and desire to grow and change.
