Michaela Jamieson, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
When an individual makes the decision to enter counseling, it can be an intimidating choice during an already difficult time. It’s not always easy to be open and vulnerable with a counselor. I recognize the courage it takes and approach the therapist-client relationship as a collaborative experience throughout the process. Together we can work to process and understand your thoughts and feelings, identify specific coping skills, and discover the behaviors that promote your highest level of well-being. I believe in a strengths-based approach that will allow you to rediscover your internal sources of resilience and self-efficacy. Additionally, I always maintain focus in supporting you find a greater sense of peace, self-awareness, and hope
